Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website JFG3D, operated by Florent Petiot.
Article 2 – Products
The products sold are 3D printed items designed and manufactured in France.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, texture or finish may occur. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Article 3 – Product customization
Some products may be customized at the customer’s request (dimensions, text, shape, color, or specific adaptations).
The customer is solely responsible for the information provided for customization.
Once the order is confirmed, no modification or cancellation is possible for customized products.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customized or made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
VAT not applicable, article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
Article 5 – Order
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Order confirmation constitutes an electronic signature and proof of the sales contract.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are those available on the website.
Article 7 – Manufacturing and delivery
When not in stock, products are manufactured after order confirmation.
Estimated manufacturing and shipping time: 3 to 4 days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
For non-customized products, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Article 9 – Returns and refunds
Returned products must be in their original condition.
No returns will be accepted for customized products, except in the case of a proven defect.
Article 10 – Legal warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.
Article 11 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for improper use of the products or use not in accordance with their intended purpose.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All 3D models, designs and creations remain the exclusive property of the seller.
Any reproduction or exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.
We are in no way affiliated with Ravensburger.
No official Ravensburger items are for sale on this site.
Article 13 – Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
