SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Manufacturing time  

All products sold on this website are designed and manufactured in France using 3D printing technology.

If not already available in stock, products are manufactured after the order is confirmed.  

Estimated manufacturing time: 1-2 days.

Please note that manufacturing times may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.

Shipping fees  

Shipping costs are fixed, regardless of the weight of the order.

In addition, shipping is free on orders over €60!!

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times  

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected:

• France: 2-5 business days
• European Union: 7-10 business days
• International: 10-15 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by customs procedures, postal delays, or peak periods.

Order tracking  

When available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.  

The customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect address  

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.  

In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Damaged or lost parcels  

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.

If a parcel is lost in transit, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be issued only after confirmation from the carrier.

Customs and import duties  

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.  

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
